With deep gratitude the Toledo Rotary Club and the Oregon Honor Flight would like to request for your support of the
Toledo Honor Flight Golf Benefit & Auction to be held August 28, 2021 at the Olalla Golf Course in Toledo.
This event has had great success raising awareness of the Honor Flight program, which provides an all‐expense paid trip
for World War II, Korean War and Vietnam Veterans to visit their National War Memorial in Washington, D.C. Enough
funds were raised from our 2019 tournament to send 10 regional veterans on the May 14th Honor Flight of the South
Willamette Valley Oregon chapter.

Plans are in the works for the 9th Annual Honor Flight Benefit Golf Tournament at the Olalla Golf Course in Toledo on
Saturday August 28, 2021. This event is a benefit for the Honor Flight program of South Willamette Valley Oregon for
veterans from 4 counties (Linn, Lincoln, Lane and Benton). The Toledo Rotary Club is once again organizing this event
and humbly asks for your support of the Honor Flight Benefit Golf Tournament. There are many opportunities for you
to participate in this event:
Donate an item to the silent auction (Gift certificates, unique packages, and overnight stays
encouraged).
Sponsor a hole ($250 & includes a sign with your name; tables and vehicles ok at hole)
Put together a 4‐person team of golfers (Cost $50 each & includes lunch; 9am tee off, shotgun start)
Come for lunch and silent auction at 12pm on 8/28/2021 (The BBQ lunch is Free – no golfing or bidding
necessary)
Create “mail” to veterans for the mail call on their Honor Flight home.
Participate in the homecoming of the next Honor Flight at the Portland Airport (To Be Announced)
